Iniciamos nuevo año con nuevo número de Rock Bottom Magazine con dos portadas que quitan el hipo. En primer lugar, a la maravillosa Leonor Watling que ha unido fuerzas con el músico estadounidense Leo Sidran que, junto a la Groovy French Band, han grabado uno de los discos de la temporada. “Leo & Leo” es una auténtica delicia de principio a fin, pero es que la entrevista de Javistone con ambos es de las que dignifican la “profesión”, una delicia de conversación (no en vano el disco comienza con un tema que se llama “The Art of Conversation”).
Y si Javi ha disfrutado de una de las mejores entrevistas que ha realizado, Marcos Sánchez puede presumir de haber hecho otra de esas entrevistas que derrochan pasión a borbotones, como la propia banda entrevistada, Montana Stomp, que igualmente han publicado uno de los discos del momento, “The Horse and the Hill”. Marcos charla largo y tendido con Susana (cantante) y Beto (bajista) sobre la grabación del disco, del rock and roll en general.
También hemos hablado ni más ni menos que con Miguel Ríos, que publica nuevo disco y que ha llevado un proyecto junto a mil seiscientos estudiantes, la Orquesta Ciudad de Granada (OCG) y al grupo El Hombre Garabato, han grabado una versión coral y sinfónica de dos canciones emblemáticas: “Himno a la alegría” y “Santa Lucía”.

We kick off the new year with a brand-new issue of Rock Bottom Magazine, featuring two jaw-dropping covers. First up, the wonderful Leonor Watling, who has teamed up with American musician Leo Sidran. Together with the Groovy French Band, they’ve recorded one of the albums of the season. Leo & Leo is an absolute joy from start to finish, and the interview Javistone conducted with both of them is the kind that restores your faith in the “profession”: a real pleasure of a conversation (not surprisingly, the album opens with a track called “The Art of Conversation”).
